The Office of Systems & Procedures assists university divisions to efficiently and effectively manage business operations, finance and personnel by providing systems and accounting services.

The Office of Systems & Procedures is responsible for seeing that administrative systems operate in an efficient and effective manner by placing the appropriate management controls into those administrative systems and by providing state and other reporting agencies with accurate and relevant data on a timely basis.  The Office of Systems & Procedures coordinates all requests for system enhancements or system replacements of administrative systems for the Business Affairs division (Business Affairs Project Prioritization Policy).
